Welcome to another inspiring episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast! Today, we invite you to join us as we delve into the book of Lamentations. Our focus will be on Lamentations 3:22-23. And it reads, “It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”

The Lord is reminding us of the endless mercy and compassion that surround us each day. He is a faithful, merciful, and loving God. It is by the Lord's abundant mercies that we are graciously spared from the brink of destruction, for His compassion is a graceful source that never fails. He is renewing our spirits and reinforcing his faithfulness in our lives.

As we pray, let us take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to God, for His mercies are immeasurable and provide a sanctuary where we can find refuge, and through them, we will not be consumed. Each new day opens a fresh start of his grace and reminds us of the faithfulness that he is tirelessly bestowing upon us.

Dear Heavenly Father, our Faithful and Loving God. Father, we come before you with our hearts full of gratitude. Help us lift our voices, our minds, and our spirits to you, recognizing that without you, we can do nothing, but with you, all things are possible.

Lord, thank you for reminding us that “It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness.” Lord, how blessed we are to know that every day, your mercy is renewed in our lives. You are not tired of us, you are not abandoning us, and you never fall short of your love. Lord, thank you for pouring out your love abundantly, faithfully, and lovingly towards us, even when we fall short.

Father, in a world filled with uncertainty, help us to find peace in knowing that you are our anchor. Lord, teach us to lean not on our own understanding, but to rest in your promises. Guide us when our steps falter, and remind us that your hand is steady, your voice is gentle, and your heart is for us. Lord, you see our tears, you know our burdens, and you are standing beside us through every valley. Help us as we go through this day to never forget that we are not alone, for you are our ever-present help in time of need.

Lord, help us to pray without ceasing, and to bring all our petitions before you with thanksgiving. At times, our faith feels weak, our prayers feel small, and our courage feels brief. God, strengthen us and help us to pray boldly and confidently, knowing that the cries of our hearts never fall. Teach us to wait with patience and endurance, believing that your timing is perfect, and that your plan is far greater than anything we could imagine.

Father, help us stand firm in our faith and remember that even when the storms of life rage around us, you are the one who speaks, “Peace, be still.” Help us to be anchored in your truth, clothe us in your righteousness, and surround us with your peace. May our lives be living testimonies of your goodness.

Lord, we are celebrating the blessings that you have already pour upon us, the gift of life, the people who love us, and the opportunities you place before us. Lord, open our eyes to see all your blessings, and give us grateful hearts that never cease to worship you. When we are tempted to complain, let us choose to praise. When we are tempted to fear, let us choose to trust. When we are tempted to give up, let us remember that you are the lifter of our heads, the strength of our hearts, and the provider of every need.

Lord, remember all those who are struggling, those who are carrying heavy burdens, those who are sick, those who are lonely, and those who are weary. Help us to feel the warmth of your embrace and the comfort of your spirit. Lord, provide healing to our bodies, peace to our minds, and joy to our hearts. Help us to show compassion to others and serve with humility and love.

Lord, as we move forward, fill us with courage. Courage to live each day faithfully, courage to stand for truth, courage to love unconditionally, and courage to persevere even when the road feels long. Let our lives shine brightly and, drawing others to the hope and salvation found only in you, Lord.

Father, thank you for hearing our prayer, thank you for never leaving nor forsaking us, and thank you for calling us your children. With reverence, gratitude, and unwavering trust, we pray all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord…Amen.

Everyone. Have a great day, and by God’s grace, we will pray again tomorrow…Bye-bye.
