May 30 - Day 150. Health and Healing.

Welcome to another episode of the EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our scripture will be taken from Jeremiah 33:6, and it reads: “I will bring health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth.”

As we pray, let us rejoice for the Lord is bringing health and healing into our lives and the lives of our family. It doesn't matter what we are encountering. The Lord is committed; He will work diligently to mend our wounds and restore our health. He will reveal to us the abundance of peace and truth in the world, guiding us towards a deeper understanding of these essential virtues and helping us embrace a life filled with harmony and enlightenment.

Good morning, everyone. Welcome to another episode of the EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our scripture will be taken from Jeremiah 33:6, and it reads: “I will bring health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth.”

As we pray, let us rejoice for the Lord is bringing health and healing into our lives and the lives of our family. It doesn't matter what we are encountering. He will reveal to us the abundance of peace and truth in the world, guiding us towards a deeper understanding of these essential virtues and helping us embrace a life filled with harmony and enlightenment.

Let’s Pray

Dear Heavenly Father. Our Lord, our God, and our Savior. Father, we come before you with our hearts filled with gratitude for the precious gift of salvation and the privilege of communicating with you in our prayer. Lord, thank you for being a God who listens, a God who cares, and a God who never abandons His children. We stand in astonishment at your love and mercy, which are new every morning, and we are lifting our voices in prayer to honor you.

Father, thank you for reminding us that you will bring health and healing. You promise to heal those who are sick and reveal the abundance of peace and truth to those who are in need. Lord, help us to believe in your promises. Help us to stand firmly on your words, for your words never return void, and every promise you have spoken is faithful and true.

Lord, you are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. You are our refuge in times of trouble and the restorer of our souls. When our bodies are weak, when our minds are burdened, and when our spirits feel heavy, you are the One who will heal and deliver us. Father, please send a healing touch over every part of our bodies. Both our physical, emotional, and spiritual wounds. You know the depths of our pain, the unspoken worries we carry, and the hidden pains in our hearts. Lord, nothing is hidden from you. You see us all, and you care for us all.

Lord, please give us the strength we need in moments of weakness. When illness overwhelms us, let your comfort surround us. When fear creeps in, let your love cast it out. When doubt takes root, let your truth and peace reassure us. Lord, help us to remember that even in suffering, you are near, and even in trials, your grace is sufficient.

Father, mold us into the individuals you desire us to be. Transform our struggles into testimonies of your power. Let our healing, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, be a reflection of your glory. Teach us to be patient as we wait upon you, give us faith when we cannot see the way forward, and perseverance when the journey feels long. Lord, please provide us with healing, so that our lives may honor you and bless others.

Lord, we lift those around us who may be hurting. Remember everyone who is battling sickness, despair, and grief. Please extend your healing hand over all our lives. Comfort those in hospitals, strengthen caregivers, give wisdom to doctors and nurses, and provide peace to families who are worried. Lord, surround each and every one of us with your presence and remind us daily that we are not alone.

God, we are praying for more than just healing of the body. We are praying for wholeness in every part of our being. Heal our hearts and heal our minds. Heal our relationships and restore unity, love, and forgiveness. Heal our spirits, draw us closer to you, and deepen our trust.

Father, help us to always remember that the greatest healing has already been given through the cross. You bore our sins, carried our burdens, and gave your life so that we can have eternal life. Because of you, we have hope that cannot be shaken, joy that cannot be stolen, and healing that extends beyond this earthly life into eternity. Fill us with the peace that surpasses all understanding and remind us that you hold our future securely in your hands.

Lord, help us to surrender ourselves completely to you. Whatever lies ahead, help us to walk with faith and confidence, knowing you are by our side. May our lives become a testimony of your faithfulness, your healing power, and your never-ending love.

Lord, we give you all the praise, glory, and honor, for you alone are worthy. Thank you for hearing our prayer, for answering us according to your perfect will, and for pouring out your compassion upon us.

We ask all this in the mighty, powerful, and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, our Savior…Amen.
