Welcome to another episode of the EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our scripture will be taken from Isaiah 65:24, and it reads: “Before they call, I will answer; while they are still speaking, I will hear.”

The Lord, in all His compassion and wisdom, hears our cries for help and stands ready to respond. He is reminding us that even in our moments of doubt, he is attending to our needs. Before our pleas even escape our lips, God is already aware of what we are praying for, and while our thoughts are still taking shape in the corners of our minds, He is already attentive to our concerns and desires.

As we pray, let us reflect on the depth of our relationship with God. Consider His infinite readiness to respond to us, his loving presence to comfort and guide us through the issues of life. The Lord is assuring us that “before we call, he will answer, and while we are still speaking, he will hear.”

Dear Heavenly Father, our Lord, our God, and our Savior. Father, we humbly come before you with our hearts overflowing with gratitude, reverence, and admiration. What a precious gift it is to know that you are always near, continuously attentive, and ever ready to hear the prayers of your people.

Lord, with reverence, we bow before you, not only to present our requests but to honor and adore you for your magnificent nature. We acknowledge that everything we possess originates from you. You are our Divine Creator, our Sustainer, and the one who holds our future in your mighty hands. You deserve all honor, glory, and praise. Father, thank you for reminding us of the deep intimacy we can cultivate with you. You are encouraging us to approach you with confidence, for you are always listening.

Father, you are fully aware of the labor of our hands, the hidden sacrifices we willingly make, the nights spent toiling in effort, and the tears we shed in silence. You have witnessed every seed of kindness we have planted, every act of love we have expressed, and every moment of obedience we have given, even when it felt as though we were overlooked. We place our trust in the certainty that you are a just and faithful God who rewards those who diligently seek you.

Lord, we ask for your grace in trusting your perfect timing and for the strength to fight against impatience. There are days when our prayers feel delayed, when the silence stretches around us, and when our faith seems to demand more than we can give. Let us remember that your silence does not equate to absence; your delays are not denials. Teach us to wait upon you with unwavering endurance, for those who wait upon you shall have their strength renewed; they shall rise on wings like eagles, they shall run and not grow weary, they shall walk and not faint.

Lord, strengthen our faith. Let our hearts remain anchored in the truth that you are perpetually at work behind the scenes, skillfully weaving together threads of redemption, hope, and triumphant victory. Help us to remain steadfast in our prayers, unshakable when faced with trials, and resolute in our devotion to you.

Father, we surrender every aspect of our lives into your capable hands, trusting that your ways are infinitely higher than our own and that your thoughts transcend our understanding. Instill within us a deep and abiding trust, believing that you will guide our paths with wisdom and grace. We also lift our loved ones in prayer. Extend your mercy upon our families. You are our refuge in times of trouble, our provider in moments of need, our healer when we suffer, and our comforter in the midst of sorrow. In our helpless moments, let us turn to you for help, you are the source of our help.

Lord, dissolve all division, and allow your Spirit to move powerfully through what has grown weary among us. Fill our hearts with compassion, patience, and humility, so that our faith may be a true representation of the lives we lead, a powerful testimony of your transforming power at work within us.

Lord, thank you for hearing our cries, for loving us with a boundless, everlasting love, and for never leaving us nor forsaking us.

In the mighty, matchless, and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer…Amen.

Everyone. Have a great day, and by God’s grace, we will pray again tomorrow…Bye-bye.
